So we are focusing on local marketing under micro marketing strategy, this strategy let us come to know our consumer’s interest about our products. We can keep their desire types of medicines in our marketing strategy. We discuss face to face with our each target consumer their requirements and try to tail their service accordingly. In present we are focusing more and more on the availability of products, For marketing of these products we require more field force to remind our products and services on daily basis to our direct customer. Also field force is required to have a good relation with retailers. Field force also required to ensure good availability of our products to convince doctors and PUSH our products, It has been observed that sometimes there is a qualified representatives in a day are meeting with our customer and requesting for same type of products. So QMSB should create new innovative ideas as well as opportunities for increasing market share and profitability, and today QMSB is considered as one of the leading wholesale and retail pharmaceutical companies in Iraq.

Direct Interaction with Consumers: From the above marketing segmentation we are serving our consumers through geographic, demographic, psychographic, Market sales and our principles. In Iraq residential area we have these various types of consumers. We delivered our products to them.
